We envisioned an overall scheme of a walkable area that integrates the surrounding districts scheduled to be developed in the future. Using simulations, we planned a lush commercial facility with layers of green terraces around the plaza, aiming for an outdoor environment that offers comfort even in the region with high daytime temperatures. We also proposed a lighting plan and economical construction methods.
