By identifying seven categories of “change” closely related to human activities, we foresee the changes required for the future city and envision high-quality space.What shape the city are thoughts, wishes, and activities of people involved in it. We aim for urban development focused on the “people” as the driving force of the city. Since our establishment, we have gained experience working as an in-house architectural office for an all-around developer. Building upon this experience■ we established Smart City Strategy Office in ■■■■ The new office traverses various disciplines from architectural design to urban development and consulting.
