The building is a mixed use facility made up of hotel and office located near the centre of Ho Chi Minh City. The commission was to design the refurbishment of the office common area, more specifically the entrance hall and GF lift lobby as well as bathroom areas on office floors. The design especially targetted its space constraints, low ceiling and overly reflective surfaces. Thus, the approach was made to be timeless, functional, and comfortable, coordinating the design with furniture design and selection. Focal point is also created by decluttering the indoor space as well as selecting suitable materials for contrast.
