We provided a series of expert assistance to Mitsubishi Estate’s logistics center development business from its launch to its growth into a major business. Because multiple development projects were progressing simultaneously, we adopted a program management approach that integrated the business operator and construction management in order to share information among different properties and efficiently and reliably reflect issues and improvements in all properties. This method allowed us to efficiently and successively increase the real estate value of many properties, leading to further expansion of the business.
