It is a new factory construction project for a resin processing company in the Kanto region. We provided a full-menu construction management service, including the procurement of the design-builder, under the design-build delivery method.
During the procurement, we adopted our unique proposal method of preparing a design brief, formulating selection criteria, and conducting proposal evaluation to ensure transparency of the process and accountability to all parties involved. Furthermore, we provided expert assistance to the client on QA/QC, cost, and schedule throughout the project.
