The Okura Tokyo
The project was to reconstruct the Hotel Okura Tokyo Main Building under the concept of “Tradition and Innovation.” This luxury hotel consists of two buildings, the Okura Heritage Wing and the Okura Prestige Tower, with two different room brand categories. The middle floors of the Prestige Tower contain office floors for tenants. We provided expert assistance that combined construction management services and third-party construction supervision from the design phase throughout the construction phase.
