Nittsu Shoji Tokyo LS Center Kawasaki satellite

The center is the core facility of the Tokyo LS Center of NX Shoji Co., Ltd. (member of Nippon Express Group), which mainly handles the export packing of equipment machinery and related parts. In preparing the plan, we aimed to improve work efficiency, safety, and quality and create a more comfortable operation environment and a bright, lively workplace. We participated in the project from the facility planning stage, organizing facility design requirements, preparing the concept design, procurement for design-builder, supporting soil contamination countermeasures, and managing QA/QC, schedule and costs in the facility planning. In addition, through a project coordination that meticulously supported the operation team with their requests, we assisted the completion of the construction with a high degree of client satisfaction.
