Logicross Atsugi
Development of a multi-tenant logistics facility as part of Mitsubishi Estate 's "Logicross" series of logistics facilities.
By creating a box shape with an L-shaped truck berth on the first floor, we were able to efficiently secure warehouse space while also ensuring functionality that meets various tenant needs (partitions, power supply, air conditioning, etc.).
Utilizing our know-how and experience with this series, we provided technical support throughout the entire project, from the creation of concept design through to the selection of the design and construction company, the design stage, and the construction stage.
