Logicross Atsugi

Development of a multi-tenant logistics facility as part of Mitsubishi Estate 's "Logicross" series of logistics facilities.
By creating a box-shaped building with an L-shaped truck berth on the first floor, we were able to efficiently secure warehouse space while also ensuring functionality that meets a variety of tenant needs (partitions, power outlets, air conditioning, etc.).
Utilizing our know-how and experience with this series, we provided technical support throughout the entire project, from the creation of concept design to the design and construction contractor selection stage, design stage, and construction stage.
